Pixxel Printing provides professional printing and design services across the United States, including but not limited to vinyl printing, banners, panels, signage, vehicle graphics, installations, and graphic design.

These Terms govern all interactions, purchases, and services provided by Pixxel Printing.

2. Services and Products

· Custom vinyl printing

· Banners and panels

· Signage

· Vehicle graphics and lettering

· Installation services

· Graphic design

All services are tailored to the client’s specifications. Pixxel Printing reserves the right to refuse any order that violates our policies or legal requirements.

3. Payments and Deposits

· All orders require an upfront deposit (down payment) prior to commencement of work.

· Full payment is due according to the invoice schedule or prior to delivery of products/services.

· Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, including design, production, or installation.

· Payments online are processed through secure payment providers. Pixxel Printing is not responsible for errors or delays caused by payment processors.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

· Refunds are only available if the client cancels before work has started.

· Once production, design, or installation has begun, no refunds will be issued.

· Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

· Any refunds issued are subject to deduction of administrative or material costs incurred by Pixxel Printing.

5. Delivery and Installation

· Delivery and installation times are estimated and may vary.

· Pixxel Printing is not liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

· Clients must provide safe and accessible installation sites.

· Clients assume responsibility for damages or accidents occurring at installation sites if safety guidelines are not followed.

6. Intellectual Property

· All designs, graphics, and content created by Pixxel Printing remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

· Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for their intended purpose.

· Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of Pixxel Printing designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

· Pixxel Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.

· Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in question.

· We do not guarantee specific results beyond the agreed scope of work.

8. Client Responsibilities

· Clients must provide accurate specifications, dimensions, logos, or designs.

· Pixxel Printing is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

· Clients must inspect delivered products promptly and notify Pixxel Printing of any issues within 5 business days.

9. Changes to Terms

Pixxel Printing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, with the updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under New Jersey jurisdiction.
